Calendar Girl

I submitted a paragraph for a local breast cancer charity about what gave me hope during cancer.  I was chose to be photographed for their fundraiser calendar.  I'm so excited and nervous; I hated picture day as a kid and have never had professional photos taken.

Milk!

I got to be involved in an Army of Women study.  There's a research group working to learn if breast milk can be used to determine breast cancer risk.  I'm still nursing so I was able to participate by submitting a milk sample and the biopsy report.  I hope it help the study!
